Paul Muccigrosso is a psychotherapist, non-profit leader, university educator, human rights champion, and decorated veteran of the U.S. Navy (1976-1982).
As an advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion, equality and access, Paul takes a specialized approach to helping people navigate their lives. Skills and interventions range from an authentic trauma-informed care approach to a pragmatic and holistic method designed to improve resilience and perseverance. He works with populations of nearly every description suffering from substance abuse, generalized anxiety, couple/partnership challenges, as well as those reintegrating into society. Paul is especially attentive to members of the US Veteran community and their families with treatment plans for those facing PTSD diagnoses and any level of suicidal ideation.
When Paul is not working as a direct care provider he spends time with his wife of more than 40 years as well as his two adult daughters and their families.
